What You Need to Know

Quick answers to the questions we hear most from candidates considering SpecialtyCare.
What does hybrid/remote work look like?
For roles that qualify for hybrid or remote work, we provide the equipment you need to be productive at home — including a laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, and necessary adapters. Remote team members collaborate through regular virtual meetings with their teams and leaders, just as they would in person. Depending on your role, occasional travel for in‑person team meetings or company events may be required.
All new hires begin with our New Hire Orientation, where members of our executive leadership team — including our CEO, CMO, and CRO — provide an inside look at our mission, culture, and the work we do nationwide. You’ll also meet with your manager early in your first week to align on expectations and map out your 30/60/90‑day goals. Our goal is to make sure you feel welcomed, informed, and supported as you settle into your role.
The interview process varies by role, but most candidates can expect an initial conversation with our recruiting team, followed by interviews with the hiring manager, team members, and other leaders connected to the position. Throughout the process, our recruiting team stays in close contact so you always know what to expect and where things stand.
We know that balance looks different for everyone, and we work to create an environment where people can succeed at work and at home. Our benefits include generous PTO and sick time, paid holidays, wellness resources, and an Employee Assistance Program to support mental and emotional well‑being. Across the organization, leaders prioritize clear expectations, open communication, and a culture that respects time away from work.

Yes. For qualifying positions, we offer relocation assistance packages that can include moving expenses, temporary housing, and sign-on bonuses. Your recruiter will outline exactly what’s available for your specific role and location.
