In the OR, knowledge is power. SpecialtyCare is dedicated to continuous improvement, and this begins with our internal training programs.
IONM Training Program
SpecialtyCare is dedicated to hiring talented and motivated people who are eager to learn and start a career in this exciting and rewarding field. As a SpecialtyCare surgical neurophysiologist, you will be in a great position to grow your career while working with highly skilled physicians, audiologists, and surgical teams in a variety of clinical settings and locations. To get you to that point, we offer full-time, salaried employment coupled with a structured and progressive one-year training program that features a combination of classroom work, laboratory practicums, online instruction and practical training in the OR.
eeg Training Program
Individuals interested in launching a career in neurodiagnostics will find the EEG technologist pathway both exciting and deeply rewarding. As an EEG technologist, you will develop the skills to work closely with patients and clinical teams while performing high‑quality EEG studies across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. To prepare you for this role, the program offers full‑time training supported by a structured, multi‑phase curriculum that blends online coursework, mentored clinical practice, hands‑on patient care, and board‑exam preparation to ensure you gain the confidence and competence needed to succeed.
ECMO Training Program
Clinicians looking to expand their critical‑care skill set will find ECMO training to be both challenging and highly impactful. With ECMO’s growing role in supporting patients with severe cardiac and respiratory failure, these training pathways ensure clinicians are fully prepared to assist in any procedure and deliver safe, high‑quality care. Following ELSO guidelines, the available programs — including the ECMO Didactic/Wet Lab course, ECMO Simulation Training, ECMO Cannulation Course, and ECMO 101 for allied health clinicians — provide a structured route for clinicians to develop competency and progress toward ECMO specialist certification.
