Exceptional care and positive patient outcomes require team members intensely dedicated to collaborating and driving excellence at every turn. This is who we are.

As part of our team, you will be free to explore ways to improve patient care, show your findings at meetings, and be and take an active role in this industry. However, our commitment to knowledge sharing is not limited to our colleagues or our customers.

SpecialtyCare University

Because continuous learning drives continuous improvement, the core of our training utilizes these three modalities, each customized to our specific services. Solid DBS careers are founded in exceptional training. Formal training takes place at our main training facility in Brentwood, Tennessee, and at regional training locations across the country.
We founded SpecialtyCare University in 2010 to provide ongoing growth and development for our associates through education and training so that we stay on the front end of knowledge to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients.

  • Simulation center featuring a fully equipped OR for training
  • Didactic training in a traditional classroom setting
  • Lectures on regulatory and legal issues that ensure awareness of, and adherence to, the very latest compliance standards

In addition, webinars and virtual conferencing are regularly used to deliver lectures and demonstrations that keep our people updated on the latest clinical practices, regulatory issues, and service techniques.Local training is also provided by clinically trained associates in the field. These clinicians are backed by SpecialtyCare University with the latest information and best practices in learning and development.
