Expand your career in DBS.
At SpecialtyCare, we are a people company. Everything starts and ends with our people and our patients. We continue to challenge the industry itself to improve, innovate, and lead. This doesn’t happen by chance and it doesn’t happen without a talented team that is highly engaged in the pursuit of excellence. Exceptional care and positive patient outcomes require team members intensely dedicated to collaborating and driving excellence at every turn. This is who we are.
As part of our team, you will be free to explore ways to improve patient care, show your findings at meetings, and be and take an active role in this industry. However, our commitment to knowledge sharing is not limited to our colleagues or our customers.
CONNECT WITH A RECRUITER
Because continuous learning drives continuous improvement, the core of our training utilizes these three modalities, each customized to our specific services. Solid DBS careers are founded in exceptional training. Formal training takes place at our main training facility in Brentwood, Tennessee, and at regional training locations across the country.
We founded SpecialtyCare University in 2010 to provide ongoing growth and development for our associates through education and training so that we stay on the front end of knowledge to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients.
- Simulation center featuring a fully equipped OR for training
- Didactic training in a traditional classroom setting
- Lectures on regulatory and legal issues that ensure awareness of, and adherence to, the very latest compliance standards
In addition, webinars and virtual conferencing are regularly used to deliver lectures and demonstrations that keep our people updated on the latest clinical practices, regulatory issues, and service techniques.Local training is also provided by clinically trained associates in the field. These clinicians are backed by SpecialtyCare University with the latest information and best practices in learning and development.
SpecialtyCare provides a large benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We have matching 401(k) and generous paid time-off plans. On top of covering the cost of maintaining state licensures and medical malpractice insurance, we also provide funds for continuing education and professional membership dues/fees.
You can help us continue to shape the standards of clinical care. To see a full listing of all SpecialtyCare employment opportunities, DBS careers, and deep brain stimulation jobs, please click here. We also encourage you to explore our training and education opportunities.
