We cover pediatric and adult cases which include CABGs and valves, Bentall procedures, AVR, MVR, Myxoma removal; TAVR standby and lead extraction standby. Adult and pediatric ECMO. Each Perfusionist pumps around 110 cases a year.

Albuquerque is a tourist town in its own right. Great museums, zoos, a mid-size University, and community college. The weather is outstanding with 300 days of sunshine. Albuquerque offers a lot of government and national forests for camping. Enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, and fly fishing and hunting throughout the area. Housing prices are reasonable with traffic being almost nonexistent. Albuquerque is at 5000 feet altitude with an 11,800 foot mountain right here in town.

Position Requirements:
- Holds current certification from American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
- Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital

You’ll be on a team of six and will be responsible for taking one first call and one second call every 6 weeks.
