We provide training and ongoing education internally and place our exceptional clinicians in over 1,100 hospitals around the U.S. requiring specialty support. We are in the industry leader in perfusion and IONM services, and we participate in more than 400,000 procedures every year.

Tuition and Student Loan Payment Assistance

In order for our associates to qualify for tuition or student loan payment assistance, they must meet a few essentials standards. As a company, it’s our mission to help health systems increase their efficiency while improving patient outcomes, and that means investing in our team. We consider it a privilege to provide financial support to advance your clinical expertise.

Basic requirements for tuition assistance:

  • Actively employed with SpecialtyCare for at least 20 hours a week
  • Actively taking graduate or undergraduate-level courses directly related to one’s profession in a degree program that is approved by SpecialtyCare
  • In good standing, with approval from managers

Eligible expenses include tuition, registration fees, and laboratory fees — and books for approved courses will be reimbursed at 80%.

Basic requirements for student loan payment assistance:

  • Actively employed with SpecialtyCare for at least 20 hours a week
  • Has incurred a loan to pay for their college education as required for licensure or certification
  • Must have graduated from an accredited education program in the clinical field of study within 36 months of starting with SpecialtyCare
  • Has attained clinical certification or licensure
  • In good standing, with approval from managers

Professional Development & Membership Dues

SpecialtyCare believes if there are learning opportunities available that can help associates become more knowledgable in their field, it is beneficial not only to them but to the company as a whole. Continuously improving in one’s profession instills confidence and improves surgeon satisfaction. We provide annual funds to support professional development opportunities, plus paid training days and up to $500 per calendar year for job-related professional dues and memberships.
